Setting up operations

If the decision is to set up a resident company in Spain, the following procedures need to be completed:

• Tax registration (NIF)
• Mercantile registry registration
• Non-resident registration for overseas shareholders / investors (NIE)
• Notarized deeds of constitution
• Notarized appointment of officers and representatives
• Appointment of auditors (if larger company)
